Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder (NMOSD) that has not responded to other treatments
  • You are expected to live at least 12 more weeks
  • You agree to use effective birth control during the study and for one year after treatment (if you are able to become pregnant or father a child)
  • You do not have a history of organ transplant, recent cancer, certain active infections (like hepatitis B, C, HIV, or CMV), severe heart disease, or serious psychiatric conditions
