Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a neurological autoimmune disease like neuromyelitis optica, myasthenia gravis, multiple sclerosis, autoimmune encephalitis, or chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy that has relapsed or is not responding to treatment.
  • Your blood tests show that your B cells have CD19 or BCMA proteins on them.
  • If you can become pregnant or get someone pregnant, you must use birth control during the study and for 6 months after treatment.
  • You are willing to follow the study procedures and sign a consent form.
