Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with one of these autoimmune diseases for at least 6 months: lupus, necrotizing myopathy, neuromyelitis optica, multiple sclerosis, myasthenia gravis, or systemic sclerosis.
  • Your disease is still active or has come back after trying at least two standard treatments.
  • Your major organs (like bone marrow, heart, lungs, liver, and kidneys) are working well enough.
  • You have not had a positive test for hepatitis B or C, HIV, or other active viruses, and you do not have an active infection.
  • You have not received any past CAR-T cell therapy or a stem cell/organ transplant.
