CAR T-cell therapy for hard-to-control NMOSD

Who can take part

  • You are 18 to 60 years old.
  • You have NMOSD that is positive for a protein called AQP4-IgG.
  • You have taken at least one immunosuppressant medicine for more than a year but your symptoms are still not well-controlled.
  • You have had at least 2 relapses (flare-ups) in the last 12 months, or at least 3 in the last 2 years with one in the last year.
  • You are willing to use effective birth control for one year after the cell infusion (if you or your partner could become pregnant).
  • You do not have certain active infections (like hepatitis B or C, HIV, CMV, or syphilis) or B cell deletion treatment within the last 6 months.
