- You are between 18 and 65 years old.
- Your body mass index (BMI) is between 27 and 35.
- Your weight has been stable (not changed by more than 5%) in the last 3 months without medication.
- You have not used any weight loss medications, GLP-1 drugs, or diabetes drugs in the past 3 months.
- You do not have diabetes, serious thyroid problems, or a family history of medullary thyroid cancer.
- You are willing to use effective birth control during the study and for 3 months after.
