Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older
  • You have a solid tumor (like melanoma, lung, kidney, prostate, breast, colorectal, or stomach cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery
  • Your cancer has not responded to, you cannot tolerate, or you are not a candidate for standard treatments
  • You are able to take pills by mouth and follow the study schedule
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (like CT or MRI)
  • You are in relatively good health (able to do daily activities, with adequate blood counts and organ function)
