Who can take part

  • You must have colorectal cancer (MSS type) with a RAS mutation and a tumor mutational burden (TMB) of 10 or higher.
  • Your cancer must be measurable on scans and have gotten worse after at least one prior treatment for advanced disease.
  • You need to be fairly active and able to care for yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your kidney, liver, and blood counts need to be within certain normal limits.
  • You must not be pregnant or breastfeeding, and you must use effective birth control if needed.
