Who can take part
- You must be between 13 and 18 years old.
- You must have had type 1 diabetes for at least 6 months.
- Your latest HbA1C (a blood test that shows average blood sugar over 3 months) must be above 7.0.
- You attend diabetes clinic visits every 3 months and have completed basic diabetes education with a good score.
- You must have a smartphone with internet access and use WhatsApp.
