- You are 18 years old or older
- You are currently having a hypertensive crisis (top number 180+ OR bottom number 110+)
- You do NOT have signs that the high blood pressure has caused damage to organs (like heart attack or stroke)
- You have NOT traveled to a different city or district in the last 4 days
- You are NOT pregnant
