Who can take part
- You have advanced breast cancer that cannot be cured with standard treatments.
- Your tumor has specific genetic changes in PIK3CA, AKT1, or PTEN.
- You have already had at least one type of hormone therapy for advanced cancer, or your cancer returned within 12 months after finishing hormone treatment after surgery.
- Your cancer got worse while you were taking a CDK4/6 inhibitor pill combined with either fulvestrant or an aromatase inhibitor.
- You do not have active or newly diagnosed cancer that has spread to the brain.
- You have recovered from side effects of previous radiation therapy, except hair loss and mild numbness or tingling in hands or feet.
