Who can take part
- You are 18 or older and are a man or a postmenopausal woman (or using ovarian suppression).
- Your breast cancer is advanced and has spread, and it is HR-positive and HER2-negative.
- Your cancer worsened while on an aromatase inhibitor (like letrozole) plus a CDK4/6 inhibitor (like palbociclib) for advanced disease, or you had a recurrence within 12 months of finishing that combination after early-stage treatment.
- You have not had more than one chemotherapy for advanced disease and not more than one previous hormone therapy for metastatic disease.
- You have a tumor sample available for testing, and your overall health is good (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
- You are willing to use effective contraception and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
