Who can take part

  • You have HR-positive, HER2-negative breast cancer that has spread or cannot be removed by surgery.
  • You have taken a CDK4/6 inhibitor (a type of targeted therapy) along with hormone therapy before, and your cancer progressed during or within 12 months after finishing it.
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans (by RECIST) or you only have bone disease without measurable tumors elsewhere.
  • You are in good enough health to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You have not had more than 2 prior treatments (excluding hormone therapy) for advanced disease and no prior chemotherapy for advanced disease.
