Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 50 years old.
  • Your kidney transplant was at least 12 months ago.
  • Your kidney function has been stable for the last 6 months, with no rejection episodes and a creatinine level below 1.5 mg/dL.
  • You have written permission from your kidney doctor to do moderate to vigorous physical activity.
  • You do not have diabetes, active infections, autoimmune disorders, serious muscle or bone problems, recent heart disease (within 6 months), or take certain immunosuppressant drugs like mTOR inhibitors.
