Who can take part
- You have been newly diagnosed with higher-risk MDS.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score of 0, 1, or 2).
- Your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months.
- Your organs (like liver and kidneys) are working well enough.
- You are willing to use effective contraception during the study and for 6 months after the last dose if you or your partner could become pregnant.
- You have not had a stem cell transplant and do not have other active cancers.
