Comparing T-DXd to standard therapy for molecular relapse in early breast cancer
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Skin clinical trials.
This trial compares a new drug called Trastuzumab-Deruxtecan (T-DXd) to standard treatment for people with early breast cancer whose cancer has come back at a molecular level (detected by a blood test) but hasn't spread to other parts of the body. The goal is to see if T-DXd can prevent the cancer from returning.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have had early-stage breast cancer that was completely removed with surgery.
- Your cancer is either HER2-positive or HER2-low (your doctor can tell you this).
- You are part of the SURVIVE study and a blood test showed signs of cancer returning (molecular relapse).
- Scans (CT and bone scan) show no spread of cancer to other organs or bones.
- You finished your last cancer treatment (surgery, chemo, or radiation) at least 6 months ago.

This study follows women with advanced breast cancer (metastatic) who have hormone-receptor positive tumors and low HER2 levels, to see how well a new drug called Trastuzumab Deruxtecan works when used in routine clinical care after prior hormone therapy.
This study looks at how well Trastuzumab Deruxtecan (T-DXd) works in Chinese women with breast cancer that has spread. It is for people whose cancer is either HER2-positive or HER2-low and who have already had some treatment.
This trial tests a targeted antibody-drug medicine (trastuzumab deruxtecan, T-DXd) in people with metastatic breast cancer that is HER2-low or HER2 IHC 0. It may help by treating tumors that haven’t previously received anti-HER2 treatment in the metastatic setting.
This trial tests how well an imaging test can predict the effectiveness of the drug T-DXd in people with HER2-positive breast cancer that has spread to the brain. It aims to see if a special scan can help guide treatment.
This trial compares two treatments for advanced breast cancer that is HR-positive, HER2-low or ultralow, and a non-luminal subtype. It tests if a targeted antibody-drug conjugate (T-DXd) works better than the usual first-line therapy combining a CDK4/6 inhibitor with hormone therapy. This study is for people who have not had any treatment for advanced disease.
This trial is studying a drug called T-DXd (trastuzumab deruxtecan) for Chinese women with advanced breast cancer that has a certain protein (HER2) either in high or low amounts. It aims to see how well the drug works in real-world settings.
