Who can take part

  • You have had an arm or leg amputated (either above or below the elbow or knee).
  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • Your amputation happened at least 6 months ago.
  • You currently have moderate to severe phantom limb pain (rated 4 to 10 on a 0-10 pain scale).
  • If you are a woman of childbearing age, you must not be pregnant at the time of implant.
