Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have been diagnosed with peripheral artery disease (PAD) at stage 4, 5, or 6 on the Rutherford scale.
  • Your doctor has recommended a procedure to open up blocked leg arteries (called lower extremity revascularization, or LER).
  • You have not had a similar procedure on the same leg before.
  • You do not have tattoos on the leg or foot that will be treated.
  • You are not pregnant.
