Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You carry a mutation in the APP, PSEN1, or PSEN2 gene (or your family has such a mutation, and you might have it too).
- You are between 25 and 11 years before the expected age of symptom onset based on your family history.
- You have a study partner who can help provide information about you during the study.
- You agree to not become pregnant or get someone pregnant and use highly effective birth control during the study and for 20 weeks after the last dose.
