Who can take part
- You must be 18 years old or older.
- You must have one of these blood cancers: polycythemia vera, essential thrombocythemia, chronic myeloid leukemia, or primary myelofibrosis.
- You cannot have any heart disease affecting the left side of the heart or a congenital heart defect.
- You cannot have chronic lung disease or high blood pressure in the lungs that is not related to your blood cancer.
- You cannot have chronic kidney disease.
- You cannot have had a blood clot in your lungs in the past or currently.
