Who can take part
- You must be 21 years old or younger.
- You must have a newly diagnosed type I, Ir, II, or III PPB (a rare lung tumor) diagnosed within the last 60 days.
- If you have type II or III PPB, your kidney and liver function must be within certain limits based on age, checked within 7 days before starting treatment.
- Your heart function must be normal, as shown by an echocardiogram or similar test within 21 days.
- You cannot have had chemotherapy for PPB before this trial.
- If you are HIV-positive, your viral load must be undetectable and you must not be on certain HIV medicines.
