A study of LTP001 for healthy people and those with PAH

Who can take part

  • You must be a healthy adult (for Part A) or have a confirmed diagnosis of PAH (pulmonary arterial hypertension) (for Part B).
  • If you have PAH, your lung artery pressure must be high (measured as PVR ≥400) and you must be on stable doses of standard PAH medicines.
  • You need to be able to walk at least 150 meters but no more than 450 meters in 6 minutes (about 1-2 city blocks).
  • Women who can get pregnant must use highly effective birth control; men must use condoms during the study and for 24 hours after the last dose.
  • You must not have any significant heart or lung conditions (other than PAH) or allergies to the study drug ingredients.
