Who can take part
- You have already completed a previous study of IKT-001 (like study IKT-001-201 or another phase 2 or 3 trial).
- You are able to give informed consent to participate.
- Your liver function tests (ALT and AST) are not more than 3 times the upper limit of normal.
- Your bilirubin level is not more than 2 times the upper limit of normal.
- Your blood counts are within certain limits: white blood cells (ANC) at least 1.2, hemoglobin at least 9, hematocrit at least 30%, and platelets at least 75.
- Your kidney function (eGFR) is at least 30 mL/min, and you are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study.
- You are not currently taking sotatercept.
