Who can take part
- You must have finished a previous IKT-001 study (either Study IKT-001-201 or another Phase 2 or 3 trial)
- Your liver function tests must be normal or only mildly elevated (ALT/AST not more than 3× normal limit)
- Your blood counts must be adequate (hemoglobin at least 9, platelets at least 75, and white blood cells at least 1.2)
- Your kidney function must be reasonable (eGFR at least 30 mL/min)
- You cannot be pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant during the study
- You cannot currently be taking a drug called sotatercept
