Who can take part
- You are a man over 18 years old with Peyronie's disease.
- Your penile curvature is at least 30 degrees.
- You can get an erection good enough for sex, with or without erectile dysfunction pills.
- You have a hard lump (plaque) in your penis that your doctor can feel.
- You have not had any prior penis surgery (other than circumcision) or previous treatment with collagenase (Xiaflex) injections.
