Who can take part

  • You are a man between 18 and 65 years old
  • You have been diagnosed with Peyronie's disease that has been stable for at least 6 months (no worsening pain or curvature)
  • You have a palpable lump (plaque) in your penis
  • You have not had surgery, needle therapy, or shockwave therapy for Peyronie's disease before
  • You do not have uncontrolled diabetes, a bleeding disorder, or take blood thinners
  • You do not have a history of penile cancer or severe erectile dysfunction

This trial compares two treatments for erectile dysfunction (ED): platelet-rich plasma (PRP, made from your own blood) alone, or PRP combined with low-intensity shock wave therapy (sound waves applied to the penis). PRP is thought to help repair tissue, and shock waves may improve blood flow. The goal is to see if adding shock waves works better than PRP alone.
