Who can take part

  • You have Peyronie's disease with a penile curve of at least 30 degrees when erect.
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and in good health.
  • Your erections are fairly strong (score over 20 on a standard questionnaire).
  • Your blood counts and clotting are normal, and you test negative for HIV, hepatitis C, and hepatitis B.
  • You have not had any prior penis surgery (except circumcision or wart removal) and no prior injections or traction therapy for Peyronie's.
  • If you have a partner who could become pregnant, you must use effective birth control during the study.
