Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must be able to do most daily activities on your own (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • Your cancer must be advanced and either stopped responding to standard treatments, or no standard treatment exists.
  • You need a tumor that can be measured on scans (at least in the later part of the study).
  • Your heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood counts must be working well enough based on lab tests.
