This study tests a new drug called HX111 for people with advanced solid tumors or certain lymphomas that have not responded to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and effective against these cancers.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 70 years old and able to care for yourself (ECOG 0-1).
- You have an advanced solid tumor (like sarcoma, head and neck, cervical, or breast cancer) or a lymphoma (including certain T-cell lymphomas) that has come back or not responded to standard treatment, or you cannot receive standard treatment.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan (lymph node >15 mm or other lesion >10 mm).
- Your blood counts and organ function (liver, kidneys, heart) are within certain acceptable limits.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective contraception during and for 12 months after treatment (if applicable).
- You have not had certain other cancers, active infections (like HIV, hepatitis B or C), or major surgery in the past 4 weeks.
