Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have advanced solid tumor or lymphoma that has not responded to standard treatment or you cannot receive such treatment.
- You have at least one measurable tumor or lesion that can be tracked.
- You are generally able to care for yourself (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts, liver, kidney, and clotting functions are within acceptable ranges.
- You have not had certain prior treatments or major surgery in the last few weeks.
- You have not taken anti-OX40 drugs or certain other immune-targeting therapies before.
- You do not have active infections, severe heart problems, autoimmune diseases, or other conditions that are not well-controlled.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you use effective contraception if you can have children.
