Who can take part
- You are 12 years or older.
- You have advanced high-grade osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer) that cannot be cured with local treatments like surgery or radiation.
- Your cancer has progressed (gotten worse) after at least one standard chemotherapy regimen that included cisplatin and anthracycline, and you have had no more than 2 prior chemotherapy treatments.
- You have a tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan, and it is not in a previously radiated area (unless it has grown since radiation).
- You are willing to provide a new tumor biopsy (if you are 16 or older) or have a sample from the last 6 months.
- You are in generally good health (ECOG performance status 0–2) and have adequate organ function.
