- You are 10 to 25 years old.
- You are generally healthy, except possibly mild asthma, allergies, or a skin rash like neurodermatitis (if it doesn't require regular medication).
- You haven't had an acute illness (like infection) or major injury recently.
- You haven't had surgery or a blood transfusion in the last 3 months.
- You haven't taken any as-needed medication (like painkillers) in the last 7 days.
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you are legally able to consent (or a guardian can consent for you if you are a minor).
