Vitamin B12 as a marker for disease activity in tocilizumab patients

Level of Serum Vitamin B12 Level (in Pmol/L) If Relapse of (AI/ID) Under TocilizumabLevel of Serum Vitamin B12 Level (in Pmol/L) If Infection Under Tocilizumab

Part of Immune system & allergy, Infections clinical trials.

This study looks at whether vitamin B12 levels in the blood can help tell if your disease is active or if you have an infection while being treated with tocilizumab. The goal is to find a simple way to monitor your condition without extra invasive tests.

Testing blood markers in autoimmune, vasculitis, and autoinflammation

This study looks at blood “biomarkers,” or measurable body signals, in people with autoimmune diseases, vasculitis, or autoinflammatory conditions. The goal is to better understand these illnesses and how they relate to disease activity.

Tracking Immune Changes After B-Cell Treatment for Vasculitis

This study follows patients with ANCA-associated vasculitis (a rare autoimmune disease affecting blood vessels) who receive rituximab, a medication that depletes certain immune cells. Researchers want to understand how the immune system recovers over time and whether this helps predict disease flares or relapses.
