Who can take part
- You must be 40 years or older

- You must have had trouble breathing for at least 3 months and be on stable medications
- You must have walked at least 140 meters in 6 minutes
- You must have been smoke-free for at least 3 months
- You must be willing to stay near the hospital for at least 5 days after the procedure
