This study tests whether the sleep medication suvorexant (Belsomra) can help people with opioid use disorder who also have trouble sleeping. If you are stable on medication for opioid use disorder and have not used opioids in the last month, this trial may be an option for you.

Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with opioid use disorder and are on a stable dose of medication to treat it (like methadone or buprenorphine).
- You have chronic trouble sleeping (insomnia) for at least a month.
- You have not taken any opioid drugs for at least 4 weeks before the study starts.
- You do not have other serious sleep disorders (like sleep apnea, restless legs, or narcolepsy) or an unstable mental health condition.
- Your usual bedtime is between 8 PM and 1 AM, and you can keep that schedule during the study.
