Arm and breathing exercises for cerebral palsy

This study tests two types of exercises: one that uses guided arm and shoulder movements (called PNF) and another that focuses on deep breathing (chest expansion). The goal is to see if these exercises can help children with cerebral palsy move their arms better and breathe more easily.

Who can take part
- Your child has a Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS) level of I, II, or III (meaning they can walk with or without help and are not fully dependent on a wheelchair).
- Your child can score at least 4 on a balance test called the Pediatric Balance Test (BPAT).
- Your child has not had a chest infection recently.
- Your child is not currently in the hospital.
- Your child does not have scoliosis (a sideways curve of the spine).
- Your child has not had any orthopedic surgery (bone or joint surgery) in the last 6 months.
