Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with hemiparetic cerebral palsy (CP affecting one side of the body).
- You can understand and follow instructions for breathing and hand tests.
- Your health has been steady for at least 3 months—no recent medication changes or flare-ups.
- You are physically able to do breathing tests (like blowing into a mouthpiece).
- You do not have a current lung infection, asthma attack, or serious heart/lung condition.
- You have not had intensive arm/hand treatments (like Botox) in the last 6 months, nor major bone surgery in the last 3 months.
