Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old and have a specific genetic marker called HLA-A*02:01 (your doctor can check with a blood test).
  • Your melanoma must have come back or not responded to standard immunotherapy treatments like Keytruda or Opdivo.
  • You need to be in fairly good health, able to care for yourself and do light activity (ECOG score 0 or 1).
  • You must have measurable tumors and adequate organ function (heart, lungs, kidneys).
  • You cannot be pregnant or breastfeeding, and must agree to use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
