Who can take part

  • Age 18–75 years old
  • Melanoma (cutaneous or uveal type) that is unresectable, has spread, or progressed despite previous treatments
  • Prior treatment with certain standard therapies (anti-PD-1/L1 for cutaneous melanoma; tebentafusp or other systemic therapy for uveal melanoma)
  • Tumor must express CSPG4 and/or GD2 markers, confirmed by biopsy testing
  • Good overall health status (ECOG 0–1) with adequate organ function and life expectancy of at least 12 weeks
  • No active brain metastases, uncontrolled infections, or significant heart disease
