Who can take part
- You have ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer that has returned after platinum chemotherapy.
- Your tumor has HER2 protein (levels 1+, 2+, or 3+ on a standard test).
- You are 18 years or older.
- Your health is good enough for daily activities (ECOG score 0-1).
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
- Your heart, bone marrow, liver, and kidneys are working well enough.
- If you can get pregnant, you must have a negative pregnancy test and use effective birth control during the study.
- You have not had certain bleeding, blood clots, or heart problems in the past 6 months.
- You have not had other cancers in the last 3 years (except for some minor skin or thyroid cancers).
