- You are between 18 and 75 years old.

- You have already tried one prior cancer therapy (first-line treatment) but it did not include fluorouracil, irinotecan, or liposomal irinotecan.
- Your blood counts and liver/kidney function are within acceptable ranges.
- You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, and you agree to use contraception if needed.
