Who can take part

  • You have advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed with surgery.
  • Your cancer has gotten worse or you couldn't tolerate standard chemo with gemcitabine.
  • You are at least 18 years old and in reasonably good health (able to do daily activities).
  • Your tumor tests positive for a protein called CLDN18.2.
  • You have not had certain other treatments or medical conditions that would make this trial unsafe.
