This study will test a new Arabic questionnaire to measure how radiotherapy affects the quality of life of head and neck cancer patients. If you are receiving, have received, or will receive radiation treatment for head or neck cancer, you may be able to help by filling out surveys.

- You are 18 years or older.
- You have head or neck cancer (HNC).
- You are currently getting, have already had, or are scheduled to have radiotherapy for your cancer at King Saud University Medical City.
- You can read, understand, and sign the consent form in Arabic.
