Who can take part
- You had ACL surgery (using hamstring or kneecap tendon graft) within the last 2 weeks, with or without meniscus repair.
- You are between 18 and 35 years old.
- Your BMI is between 18.5 and 25.
- You have little or no pain at rest (0-3 on a 0-10 scale).
- You can actively or passively bend your knee at least 30 degrees on your surgical side.
- You are cleared to put weight on your leg (not non-weight bearing).
