Who can take part

  • You had ACL surgery (using hamstring or kneecap tendon graft) within the last 2 weeks, with or without meniscus repair.
  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • Your BMI is between 18.5 and 25.
  • You have little or no pain at rest (0-3 on a 0-10 scale).
  • You can actively or passively bend your knee at least 30 degrees on your surgical side.
  • You are cleared to put weight on your leg (not non-weight bearing).
