Rhythm training for athletes after ACL surgery

  • You had ACL surgery on one knee less than two years ago
  • You have a doctor's permission to put full weight on your injured leg for at least 2 weeks
  • You can walk without pain
  • You are an athlete who trains regularly and competes or is registered with a sports federation
  • You can understand and follow simple instructions for the training tasks
