Who can take part

  • You must be between 18 and 75 years old.
  • You must have advanced stomach, gastroesophageal junction, or colorectal cancer that cannot be removed or has spread.
  • You must have a tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You must be in fairly good health, able to take care of yourself (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must not have had certain previous treatments like topoisomerase I inhibitor antibody-drug conjugates or certain other cancer therapies within the past 4 weeks.
  • You must not have uncontrolled infections, bleeding, or serious heart or lung disease.
