Who can take part

  • You must be 18 years or older.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or metastatic and no longer responding to available standard therapies.
  • You must have a BRCA mutation or another DNA repair deficiency in your tumor or blood.
  • You should be able to provide a tumor tissue or blood sample for testing.
  • You must have at least one measurable tumor (visible on scans).
  • You cannot have had a POLQ inhibitor before, or have certain other cancers or serious medical conditions.
