Who can take part

  • You have advanced breast, ovarian, or another solid tumor that has gotten worse after standard treatments.
  • You are willing to provide a tumor sample or blood sample to check for a BRCA mutation or related DNA repair issue.
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
  • You are 18 or older and in reasonably good health (able to care for yourself).
  • You have not taken a similar drug called a PARG inhibitor before.
  • You do not have active or uncontrolled brain metastases.
