Who can take part
- You are between 2 and 64 years old, weighing more than 10 kg
- You have P. vivax malaria confirmed by a blood test with a certain amount of parasites
- Your hemoglobin level is above 8 g/dL (a measure of red blood cells)
- You have a fever now or had one in the past 48 hours
- Your G6PD enzyme level is normal (tested with a special device)
- If you are a woman of childbearing age, you must use effective birth control and have a negative pregnancy test
