- You have a solid tumor that has spread or come back and has not got better with up to 3 previous treatments.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You are generally well enough to carry out daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1) and are expected to live at least 3 months.
- Your cancer has gotten worse after your last treatment.
- You agree to provide your pathology and genetic test (NGS) reports for the study.
- You have not had chemotherapy or other systemic therapy within 3 weeks before starting the study drug.
