Who can take part

  • You have a type of advanced cancer (solid tumor) that has spread or come back after treatment, and has been confirmed by a biopsy
  • You have had no more than 3 prior cancer treatments (lines of therapy) for this disease
  • You are well enough to take care of yourself and get around (ECOG 0-1), and your doctor expects you to live at least 3 more months
  • Your cancer can be measured on scans by a standard method (RECIST), and you must have at least one measurable tumor
  • Your kidney, liver, and bone marrow function must be adequate (checked by blood tests)
