Who can take part

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • Your cancer must have a specific genetic change called a KRAS G12D mutation, found through a standard tumor or blood test.
  • You must have already tried standard treatments for your cancer type, or your doctor thinks more standard treatments would not help.
  • You need to have measurable tumors (visible on a CT or MRI scan) and be able to provide a tumor tissue sample for testing.
  • You should be in generally good health (able to do light activities) and have adequate liver, kidney, and blood cell counts.
  • You cannot have untreated brain metastases, serious heart problems, or active infections.
