Who can take part

  • Your cancer must have a KRAS G12D genetic mutation (confirmed by tumor testing)
  • Your cancer is advanced, cannot be removed by surgery, or has spread to other parts of your body
  • You are at least 18 years old and in reasonably good overall health (able to do light activities)
  • You have measurable tumor lesions that can be tracked on imaging scans
  • You have not previously received drugs that specifically target KRAS G12D mutations
  • You are willing to provide a tumor tissue sample (either archived or a new biopsy) for testing
